The F. Porsche Driving Dream Experience.
The fahr(T)raum is the largest Austro Daimler collection in the world. All exhibits are fully functional and can be hired for chauffeur-driven trips through the beautiful Salzburg Lake District. In the "Traktor Stadl", the fahr(T)raum focuses on the mechanisation of agriculture with Porsche and Allgeier tractors.

Fuschl am See.

Kaprun high mountain reservoir.
High up - to the VERBUND reservoirs in Kaprun. With our own bus shuttles and the Lärchwand inclined lift, you can comfortably reach the Mooserboden reservoir at an altitude of 2,000 metres. There you can take part in a guided tour of the dam wall or gain an insight into the eternal ice of the glacier world in the adventure exhibition. All around, a breathtaking landscape invites you to go hiking.

Families want The Werfen minigolf course is known beyond Austria's borders. You can test your skills on the international 18-hole course while enjoying the marvellous scenery at the foot of the Tennengebirge!
Altaussee Salt Mine.
The "mountain of treasures", the Altaussee salt mine, presents itself to visitors with tunnels of pure rock salt that lead to St Barbara's Chapel and via two miners' slides to the underground salt lake, where a fascinating multimedia show takes place. During the Second World War, the most valuable works of art in Europe were stored here and saved from destruction by the Altaussee miners. The Altaussee Salt Worlds can also be visited in the winter months.

Hallein Salt Mine.
Discover the roots of Salzburg. The mine railway takes guests into the realm of "white gold", where the Celts mined salt more than 2,500 years ago. In the Middle Ages, the salt trade brought great wealth to the city and province of Salzburg. Miners' slides and raft trips across the underground salt lake leave unforgettable impressions. The Celtic village SALINA and the Celtic Museum in Hallein provide in-depth insights into the fascinating history of salt.

Hallstatt Salt Mine.
Archaeological site in the oldest salt mine in the world. In the Hallstatt Salt Worlds you can experience 7000 years of salt mining in an exciting and entertaining way. The panoramic ride on the salt mine railway, the spectacular viewing platform "World Heritage View" and a walk-in show grave are the start. The guided tour through the salt mine includes 2 long miners' slides, the underground salt lake and a ride on the mine railway.
Saukaralm.
The Saukaralm, at 1850m, is the highest alpine pasture in the Grossarl Valley. Its unique location makes the Saukaralm one of the most beautiful vantage points in the entire valley. The panorama extends from the Hohe Tauern and Hochkönig to the Tennengebirge and Hagengebirge mountains. The "Bella Cascinaia" via ferrata leads directly from the alpine pasture to the summit of the Saukarkopf. The Saukaralm can also be easily reached with a pushchair via the goods road. Overnight accommodation available on request.
Schafberg cable car.
The Schafbergbahn is the steepest cog railway in Austria. It has been running from St. Wolfgang to the 1,783 metre-high Schafberg since 1893. From the end of April to October, modern and nostalgic cogwheel locomotives steam up the mountain, making the journey an unforgettable experience. With its striking summit, the Schafberg is one of the most beautiful panoramic mountains in Austria.

Wolfgangsee boat trip.
Wolfgangsee Schifffahrt has been around since imperial times - the paddle steamer "Kaiser Franz Josef I" first set sail on Lake Wolfgangsee in 1873 and was hailed as a "technical achievement" at the time. The 33 metre long nostalgic ship has starred in numerous films and is still part of the fleet. Today, the fleet consists of six motorised ships, headed by the flagship "Salzburg".
